Krysia holds a BSc (Hons) and an MA in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice and is a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Krysia trained at WPF Therapy, one of the UK’s leading institutions for psychodynamic psychotherapy, where she also worked as a Training Manager. Her clinical experience spans private practice, the NHS, and the charitable sector, equipping her to work thoughtfully and effectively with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Krysia is currently completing advanced clinical training in Jungian Analysis/Analytical Psychology with the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA), deepening her capacity to work with unconscious processes, symbolism, and the inner life.

Clients often come to her seeking support with anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, low self-esteem, identity concerns, unresolved trauma, or experiences of grief and loss. She offers a reflective, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore what feels most difficult, in order to gain insight and develop a more integrated sense of self.
